BB: Day 2. Rest.
Didn’t workout today even though I managed to finish at work early. Today I was planning on working out the legs since I had worked upper body/arms on Friday and abs Saturday. Legs were sore from tippy-toeing for hours at the concert and I suspect they aren’t used to the running yet either.
To clarify, I plan on losing the five lbs. by the end of the year, not by the end of the month. I suspect I could lose five lbs. by the end of the month, but not in a healthy way. Like I said, my objective is to lean down and tone up, not to be a skinny kiddo.

Stacy - Sweet find! I wish it would track the quality of my diet instead of relying on me to guess how great I ate, but it’s definitely a site I’ll probably use.
Not Important - Could you post a link to some articles on rest needed between sets? I’ve never had anyone tell me to wait a full minute before so that caught me off guard.
